GOVERNANCE
Exemplary corporate governance is strategically anchored in the company's management and is ensured by appropriate codes of conduct and corporate control instruments for internal and external stakeholders. GRI-compliant reporting and materiality analysis identify gaps and take corrective action where necessary. In procurement, initial integration of environmental and human rights due diligence obligations is taking place. ISO 9001 certification ensures that corporate responsibility is implemented in a regulatory, market-oriented, and ethically effective manner.
ECOLOGY
The company pursues a resource-efficient approach to special-purpose machine construction with a focus on durable products, retrofit services, and circular value creation. The commissioning of a PV system with significant in-house generation and the first-ever creation of a total GHG balance sheet (Scope 1–3) mark key milestones. Looking ahead, an environmental indicator system is being established to make ecological impacts measurable and controllable across processes and products and to actively address regulatory and strategic requirements.
SOCIAL
Social responsibility is structurally anchored in personnel development, safety, and equal opportunities. Qualification, onboarding, and individual development opportunities secure the skilled workforce. Occupational health and safety covers physical and psychological risks and is systematically documented. Measures to promote work-life balance and a non-discriminatory corporate culture complement this approach. In addition, ERMAFA promotes social participation through regional involvement in education, sports, and social projects.
